Many years of playing football took a toll on my body as I had multiple injuries. Through physical therapy and rehabilitation I found myself growing an enormous passion for strength and conditioning. Shortly after my career had ended I decided to co-op at the same training facility I was using at the time to get a better look into the world of strength and conditioning. This co-oping experience was greatly influenced by my decision to apply for Kinesiology programs as my major in University.
I chose to attend Brock University for my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology where I developed my theoretical knowledge as well as assist in the creation of the university’s first Dragon Boat club. As I continued to pursue my development as a professional Strength Coach I joined Brock Sports Performance internship to gain more practical knowledge. Here is where I was able to grow the most as a strength coach as I was an assistant S&C coach with the Men’s Basketball Team for 3 years as well as taking on a lead strength coach position with the Varsity Fencing Team. Now, I have been fortunate enough to join up with Twist Conditioning to offer the best training experience possible for anybody looking to reach their goals!
